The first and most important step is to be sure that my capabilities are a fit for your needs, and vice versa. While the range of runners I can help is broad, it isn’t infinite, and for some situations (such as ultra marathons or couch-to-5K programs), I’ll be honest in stating that you may have better options in finding the support you need.
Once you sign on for a program, I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to gather some of your running history, goals, recent training, and other relevant information. This will help me build a consultation or program that is optimized for you, far more suited to your capabilities and goals than most stock training plans could ever be.
