I offer three levels of coaching, and you can feel free to move from one to another based on your needs over time.
One-Time Consultation – $65
Maybe you’ve hit a rut and are looking for some new ideas on breaking old PR’s, or are interested in general ideas on how to step up from the 10K to half-marathon or marathon. A one-time consultation may be a good starting point for you. I’ll provide some questions to help me understand your background and then provide a written summary of ideas for new workouts or strength training approaches with the explanation on why they should help you.
Should you choose to take the next step and move to a training plan or full coaching package, your consultation fee can apply towards those costs!
Race Plan & Support – $150
For events ranging from the 5K to the marathon, I will provide you a detailed training plan with explanations of the key workouts plus, as needed, a basic base-building and/or recovery plan to get you ready to begin the program and to get back into condition for pursuing your next season. This plan will include recommended strengthening and mobility work for the season, as well as a monthly review of your progress and “tweaks” to the plan as needed. A race strategy will also be provided ahead of your big event. Questions during the season are also welcome; a full-scale revamp of the plan due to injury or other extended downtime would come at a slight additional charge.
The best way to position yourself for long-term success is to establish an ongoing relationship with a coach who can help you build a plan that allows you to reach peak performance over a multi-year period by addressing the full range of physiological traits needed as a runner. This program comes with consultation on race goals, monthly training plans provided throughout the year, ongoing support as needed to cope with injury, illness, or other hurdles, and any other consultation needed to help you achieve your best.
