A New Dawn – Predawn Runner
Whether we are “meeting” for the first time, we are catching up as old friends, or you are someone who has followed me previously on Dailymile, Twitter, Facebook, or Constant Cogitation, I’d like to welcome you to my new blog, Predawn Runner. As the About page states, the purpose of this blog is to focus strictly on running, with the angle of helping you fit training into your busy lifestyle.
The running-related content I post on Constant Cogitation will decline significantly (from an already low-level). This will be the new home of the Running Manifesto and any other rambling diatribes I create. I will not migrate existing posts over, so for thoroughness, here are some highlights of the content I created previously.
